Our Team

Chad Carroll is a certified Mandt Instructor and has worked for multiple social services organizations in Ontario and British Columbia.  He has over a decade of experience and has partnered to create his own agency to make a greater impact in the sector in British Columbia.

Merik is a graduate from Sprott school of business at Carleton University and relocated to Kelowna in 2022.  He has a passion for creating solutions and looks to make a positive impact on the community and other organizations through Peak Living.
